Vaultree is a tech start-up that is revolutionising data enablement and security through their pioneering Data-In-Use Encryption solutions. Their industry-leading technology ensures that data remains encrypted throughout its entire lifecycle, enabling businesses with previously inhibited use cases and growth opportunities via in-use encrypted searches, analyses, sharing and collaboration, AI/ML modelling, and data visualisation.

I worked at Vaultree as their in house designer since march 2023. My tasks ranged from designing new brand assets, marketing graphics, UI designs and sales material to support cross-functional business goals.

One of my tasks was designing blog post covers, and social media graphics which can all be found on Vaultree's website along with the LinkedIn.
My process for post designs started with a brief received from the Marketing team, that included a description of the blog post or social post content, which I used as my main source of inspiration. I took the most interesting concepts of the post and sketched visuals that represented and aligned with the concepts.
Once sketches were ready they were sent for feedback. I analysed the feedback to understand why it was given, and discussed the feedback with the team to make sure the design was on the right track. I would analyse the feedback from each design to learn and improve my future work. Once the design was signed off, it was shipped out ready to be used for the posts.

I worked closely with the Sales and Product teams to design and ship ready-to-use documents, proposals and product info sheets for potential customers, stakeholders and clients.
The designs ranged from custom and personalised collaboration documents to simple in house documents that were used internally.

Vaultree went through multiple brand identity refreshes over the years. I had the chance to be part of the newest re-brand process. My task on the rebrand project was to create brand new brand assets - business cards, presentation decks, letterheads, email signatures and email designs.

One of the first projects I worked on with Vaultree was swag illustration designs. These designs were used for the internal swag store products, tote bags and notebooks.
